During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004 (fiscal 2004), the Company's construction-related subsidiaries are Centrifugal/Mechanical Associates, Inc. (CMA), High-Rise Electric, Inc. (High-Rise), Integrated Controls Enterprises, Inc. (ICE), BMS Electric, Inc. (BMS) and Property Control, Inc. (PCI). The inactive communications-related subsidiaries of DualStar consist of OnTera, Inc. (OnTera) and ParaComm, Inc. (Paracomm). The communications subsidiaries are wholly owned and inactive. On August 20, 2004, High-Rise entered into a loan agreement from Gary Segal of Ozone Park, New York.
