Steven Keating

Mr. Steven Keating is Investment Officer at George Washington University.
Under the direction of the Chief Investment Officer, the Investment Office is responsible for managing GW's $1.2 billion endowment fund.
His responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities across all regions and asset classes, recommending implementation strategies, new investment manager due diligence, ongoing investment manager monitoring, portfolio reporting and analysis, and in-depth, fundamental research.
Mr. Keating also assists with the instruction and management of a Graham-Buffett value investing course in GW's MBA program.
With oversight from their instructors, the students of the course manage a $1.6 million public equity endowment portfolio.
Additionally, he manages the Ramsey Student Investment Fund Conference, GW's annual investment conference.
Mr. Keating received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investments, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing, both from The George Washington University.
