Shirley Wong

Ms. Shirley Wong joined Allegis Capital in September, 2004.
She is hands-on and responsible for the Company's finance and accounting activites, internal and external reporting, and human resource administration.
Ms. Wong has over 10 years in the venture capital industry, including 10 years as CFO for WaldenVC, San Francisco, California.
Her experence involved managing mutli-tier entities, comprised of C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and L.L.C.
Prior to WaldenVC, Ms. Wong was a senior accountant of audit and tax at Wallce, Mah & Louie, Certified Public Accountants.
She supervised audits of both private and publicly-held listed companies, and prepared annual tax returns.
Ms. Wong holds a B.S.
in Accounting and Finance from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
