Samui Airport Property Fund Leasehold is a closed-end property fund and a specified property fund. The project mobilizes funds from the public and general investors with the main objective of utilizing the proceeds from such mobilization to purchase lease and sublease immovable properties and for seeking benefits from the immovable properties it invests in or possesses by way of letting, subletting transfer and disposal. The Fund also engages in the improvement, modification, construction and development of the capacity of those immovable properties by obtaining transfers of construction permits. The Fund is managed by Phatra Asset Management Company Limited. Citibank, N.A. Bangkok Branch serves as its trustee. The Fund also invests in the long-term leasehold rights in the leased assets, which are the leased lands, runways, parking aprons and passenger terminals.
