The Company is focused on developing a store-in-store concept utilizing professional alternative healthcare providers who require equipment and space, as well as a flexible practicing experience. The Company provides furnished facilities that offer a variety of alternative therapies and services, including, but not limited to, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and Chinese traditional medicine. In January 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Greenwood Commerce Ltd. (Greenwood) from CBP Carbon Industries Inc.
