Reg Weaver

Mr. Reginald Weaver is Senior Vice President at M.
R.
Beal & Co. Securities.
He joined M.
R.
Beal in November 2010.
Mr. Weaver was previously employed as Vice President by Gardner Rich LLC.
Prior to joining Gardner Rich, Mr. Weaver was a Senior Equity Trader at William Blair & Co., where he executed trades for assets exceeding $20B for small, mid, and large cap securities in value and growth products.
His role included the active task of identifying, selecting, and monitoring quality trading partners and platforms to increase trading efficiency and to lower trading costs.
He was also responsible for monitoring client driven minority participation.
This experience gives him invaluable insight into the arrangement of being a value-added trading partner.
He started his career at NCM Capital Management in Durham, NC as a portfolio assistant.
Through successively more responsible roles in the asset management firm, he became Senior Equity Trader.
His primary role was trading equity and fixed income securities.
He also monitored brokerage activity and client directed mandates.
Mr. Weaver received a B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College in 1988.
He presently holds Series 7, 65, 63, and 55 FINRA licenses.
