DIH is a private equity investment firm focused on companies in the expansion phase or going through a restructuring process. They invest throughout Germany and target family-owned, medium-sized companies as well as spinoffs from 'old economy' corporations. DIH invests for the long term in companies with at least EUR 20 million in turnover in attractive markets. In addition to financing, they provide management consulting and tailored solutions to complex business issues. They take an active role in the strategic orientation, financial restructuring and acquisitions of their portfolio companies.
