John F.
Hamel served as President & CEO of First Northern Bank of Dixon in 1996.
Prior to that, he was Chairman of Solano County Lafco from 1982 to 1996.
He also served as a Director of First Northern Community Bancorp from 2000 to 2012 and was a Member of the American Bankers Association, Inc. Mr. Hamel earned undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington and the University of California, Davis.
