BF is a FINRA member investment banking firm, which provides merger and acquisition advisory, and capital raising services to lower and middle-market companies. Qualstar Corporation manufactures and markets data storage system products and compact, high efficiency power solutions. Qualstar’s data storage systems are marketed under the Qualstar brand.
