Waverley Pharma Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development and commercialization of human therapeutics focused on oncology. It is advancing its PARP-1 pre-clinical development program, which is in the lead optimization stage, in response to the interest in novel PARP-1 inhibitors that demonstrate selective activity against PARP-1 over PARP-2. It has entered into a license, manufacture, supply, marketing and distribution agreement with Reliance Life Sciences Private Limited (Licensor or RLS) by which the Licensor granted the Company an exclusive territorial license to market and sell capecitabine in the United Kingdom (UK) and Germany as well as a non-exclusive territorial license to market and sell temozolomide in the UK. It also has territorial licenses from RLS to two oncologic drugs, pemetrexed and bortezomib.
