ThermaFreeze Products Corporation manufactures, distributes, and markets ice packs. The Company uses solution-based technology for cold chain product management, thermal packaging and therapeutic health care issues, requiring either cold or hot topical application. The Company's products include ice packs for medical applications and ice packs for preserving food. Its medical ice packs include ankle ice pack and knee ice pack. Its ThermaFreeze pads are based on cooling technology and use a non-toxic, biodegradable crystallized polymer, which is capable of absorbing moisture and releasing it at a slow and gradual pace through a process called sublimation. ThermaFreeze is used in coolers and lunchboxes. It is flexible and can be wrapped around bottles and cans.
