Notion VTec Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in providing management services to its subsidiaries. It is a supplier of precision-machined components. It operates through four segments: Hard Disk Drive (HDD), Automotive Industry Components, Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), and Camera/Industrial (CI). The HDD segment specializes in the design and mass production of high-precision metal components for HDDs. The Automotive Industry Components segment focuses on electronic braking system components. The EMS segment encompasses metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic laser welding, surface finishing, extrusion technology, and various engineering processes such as casting, stamping, and machining. The CI segment involves the manufacturing of camera barrels and lens mounts. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries are Intech Precision Sdn. Bhd., NV Technology Sdn. Bhd., Bentong Resources Sdn. Bhd., and Notion Industrial Technology (Shenzhen) Limited.
