Nanofocus AG is a Germany-based company engaged in the nano- and microtechnology sector. The Company specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution of optical three-dimensional (3D) measurement systems and software for the characterization of surfaces. It provides measurement solutions for the automotive, electronics and medical technology sectors, solar industry, research institutions, as well as for companies engaged in the nano- and microtechnology. The Company's main products are msurf, which enables automated 3D surface measurements of roughness, topography, layer thickness and volume, mscan for 3D profilometry and msprint, a scanning device for laboratories or machine safety. Its product range includes also msurf explorer and msurf mobile. The Company operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: NanoFocus Materialtechnik GmbH in Germany and NanoFocus Inc in the United States. Next to Europe and North America, the Company is also active in China.
