The Company’s segments include Plant Maintenance and Turnaround, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC), Facilities Management Services and Other related activities. Its Plant Maintenance and turnaround segment is focused on providing maintenance and repair (M&R) of static equipment and structures, covering comprehensive maintenance and plant turnaround. Its EPCC segment is focused on upgrades and replacement of existing plant facilities, as well as construction of new amenities and facilities. Its Facilities Management Services segment is focused on mechanical and electrical, cleaning and value-added services for the built environment of government office and residential buildings. It also provides other related activities, including the rental of equipment and vehicles, and supply of manpower.
