The Company plan to focus its pursuit for business combination opportunities with companies operating in the energy and power value chain. These include businesses focused across energy, infrastructure and renewable sectors, including participation in exploration and production (E&P), midstream, oilfield services, power and digital infrastructure. The Company neither engaged in any operations nor generated any revenues.
