Dexxos Participacoes SA, formerly GPC Participacoes SA is a Brazil-based holding company. The Company's activities are carried out through two operating segments: Chemicals and Steel Tubes. The Chemicals segment is responsible for the manufacture of thermoset resins for the reconstituted wood panel industry (agglomerate/plywood and medium-density fibreboard (MDF)) as well as for producing formaldehyde. It also produces hexamine, and resales methanol and other chemicals. The Steel Tubes segment is responsible for exploring the steel industry, especially for the production of tubes for the civil construction, petroleum, gas, infrastructure and automobile markets. The Company’s subsidiaries include Apolo Tubos e Equipamentos SA and GPC Quimica SA.
