The consulting broker Ework is proposing two new option programs for senior executives and board members totaling a maximum of 200,000 warrants.
The exercise price will be set at 140 percent of the share's volume-weighted average price from July 22 to September 1. Full exercise would result in dilution of about 1.15 percent. At the same time, two programs from April are proposed to be canceled following the share price's performance over the past quarter.
The proposals are to be approved at an extraordinary general meeting on September 2.
