Mr. Steve Nicholas is a Principal-Asset Management at Noble Investment Group LLC.
He joined the firm in 1997.
He has over 22 Years of Lodging Industry Experience.
Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Nicholas was a regional director of operations for PROMUS Hotels, which later became a part of Hilton Hotels International.
He became a Noble partner in 2003.
He currently serves on the Executive Boards of Hotel Asset Manager Association and the Tourism Development Authority of Georgia and is former Georgia chapter president of the Cornell Hotel Society.
He is on board for Marriott International Rooms Advisory Committee, Hospitality Asset Manager Association and Board of Tourism Development Alliance of Georgia.
Mr. Nicholas received his BA in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from Goizuetta Business School at Emory University.
