The firm invests in companies globally that operate in a wide range of industries.

Sixth Street TAO invests in middle-market and large-cap public and private companies located across the globe. The firm targets companies operating across a broad range of sectors and industries. It provides financing for later stage, growth, buyout, infrastructure, special situations and recapitalization in the form of equity and debt with an investment size of USD 50 million - 2.5 billion. The firm also acquires minority and majority interests. It also makes follow-on investments.

Philosophy Capital invests (long and short) primarily in securities using an opportunistic value-oriented approach targeting securities perceived to be mispriced. Their strategy is centered on three broad categories: value, event-driven/distressed and short selling. The firm invests principally, but not solely, in publicly traded securities on behalf of its clients but is authorized to enter any type of investment transaction that it deems appropriate under the terms of the client’s partnership or other account agreement. They employ fundamental, independent bottom-up research derived from first principles.
