Prior to joining Goldentree Insite Partners on April 28, 2010, Mr. Cohen was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Real Estate, where he raised substantial capital for real estate and infrastructure limited partnerships and served as a real estate contact for the firm global wealth management division.
Before that, he was Senior Vice President at ING Clarion, the U.S.
arm of the world largest real estate investment management firm, ING Real Estate.
His roles at the firm included sales, marketing, and client ser vice of ING Clarion products to institutional investors and their consultants.
He also held positions at Schroder Real Estate Associates, Prudential Real Estate Investors, and The William Kaufman Organization.
Mr. Cohen received a B.S.
degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and an M.S.
in real estate investment from New York University.
