Jon Gluyas is the Head of Business Development for Fairfield Energy Ltd. and Professor of Petroleum Geosciences for the University of Durham.
Most recently, he was Director of Geoscience for Acorn Oil and Gas Ltd. from 2001 to 2004.
Prior to Acorn, Dr. Gluyas was Exploration Manager UK and Norway for Lasmo Plc.
Previously, he led Production Geoscience for Monument Oil & Gas Plc.
He held various technical and managerial positions at British Petroleum Plc for fifteen years.
Dr. Gluyas received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sheffield in 1975 and a PhD in Geology from the University of Liverpool in 1983.
