Profile

Prior to joining Marquette Asset Management, Mr. Rovner was with Labyrinth Group, where he served as Chief Investment Officer.
He began his career at US Bancorp, where he spent twenty years as an analyst and equity portfolio manager.
At US Bancorp, he was also responsible for that institution’s index products and derivative strategies and sat on the Asset Allocation Committee.
His clients ranged from individuals to major foundations and endowments.
He served as the portfolio manager of the bank’s First American Mid-Cap Value Fund, which grew from $250 million to $800 million under his leadership.
Mr. Rovner earned a BBA in finance and investments from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also participated in the Applied Security Analysis Program.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.
He formerly served on the Investment Advisory Board overseeing the Aristotle Fund at the University of St. Thomas and he currently serves on the Temple Israel Investment Committee.
