Fundamental analysts provide complete company valuation by tracking company performance, history and potential and by meeting with management teams. After the research, fund managers make the investment decisions. PIM manages debt portfolios with a top-down approach for government bonds, chosen based on the analysis of macroeconomic factors, while they utilize a bottom-up process for investments in corporate bonds. Risk management includes ex ante and ex post monitoring and close attention to benchmarks. The team also develops tactical and strategic asset allocation models.
