Mr. Giorgio Martorelli is a Chief Executive Officer & Portfolio Manager at Amber Capital Italia SGR SpA. He is on the Board of Directors at SIT SpA. As Co-Head of Amber Capital’s investment team, he leads investment research on Italian equities across sectors with a focus on special situations and constructive engagement with corporates.
Prior to joining Amber Capital in 2007, Mr. Martorelli was at BPU Pramerica working on the Euro-denominated equities of the $5 billion Pan-Euro and Italian value-equity portfolio.
Before joining BPU Pramerica in 2001, he worked at Unicredito Banca Mobiliare and at Euromobiliare SIM.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi.
