The Bank of Khyber (the Bank) is engaged in the business of commercial banking and related services. The Bank has four segments: Corporate Finance, Trading and Sales, Retail banking, and Commercial banking. Corporate Finance segment includes services provided in connection with mergers and acquisitions, underwriting, privatization, securitization, research, debt (Government, high yield), equity, syndication, initial public offer, and secondary private placements. Trading and Sales segment includes fixed income, equity, foreign exchanges, commodities, credit, funding, own position securities, lending, brokerage debt, and prime brokerage. Retail Banking segment includes retail lending and deposits, banking services, trust and estates, private lending and deposits, and retail offered to its retail customers. Commercial Banking segment includes project finance, real estate, export finance, trade finance, leasing, lending, guarantees, bills of exchange and deposits.
