This includes products and by-products of every kind and description, produced by any process. It purchases, leases, options, locates, or acquires properties such as mines, mining claims, mineral lands, coal lands, timber lands, and water rights. It also owns, exchanges, sells, disposes of, pledges, mortgages, deeds in trust, hypothecates, and deals in both real and personal property.
