IT consultancy Exsitec has finalized the previously announced acquisition of Amesto Solutions, a partner to Visma and SuperOffice operating across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Amesto Solutions employs approximately 120 people and serves around 1,500 customers. The company is expected to contribute over NOK 230 million in revenue and approximately NOK 40 million in adjusted EBITA over the next twelve months.
The purchase price amounts to approximately NOK 280 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis, and is being financed through existing cash reserves as well as current credit facilities provided by Nordea.
