New Delhi, May 22, 2026: Eicher Motors Limited (EML) today announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Q4 FY 2025-26 Performance

For Q4 FY 2025-26, EML reported Revenue from operations at 6,080 crores with a growth of 16% from the corresponding quarter of FY 2024-25. EBITDA grew 20% to 1,514 crores and Profit After Tax rose 12% to 1,520 crores.

Royal Enfield recorded its highest Q4 sales of 313,811 motorcycles, a 12% growth over Q4 FY25. VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) recorded sales of 33,976 vehicles in the fourth quarter, up from 28,675 vehicles in the previous year.

Full Year FY 2025-26 Highlights

Eicher Motors Ltd. reported Revenue from operations at 23,408 crores, up 24% YoY, while EBITDA stood at 5,785 crores, a growth of 23%. Profit After Tax stood at 5,515 crores, up 17% YoY.

Royal Enfield recorded its highest-ever annual sales surpassing 1.2 million units in FY'26 marking the second consecutive year of crossing the 1 million annual sales. Total volumes stood at 1,227,977 units, a 22% YoY increase. Domestic sales grew 23% to 1,107,343 units, while international volumes grew 20%, with 120,634 motorcycles exported.

VECV reported highest-ever Revenue from operations of 27,076.6 crores, reflecting a 15% growth over last year. EBITDA stood at 2,562.6 crores and Profit After Tax rose to 1,471 crores. VECV sold 103,404 units in FY26, growing 14.7% over FY25.

The Board of Directors of Eicher Motors Ltd. considered and recommended a final dividend at 82 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Speaking on Royal Enfield's performance, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director - Eicher Motors Ltd., and Chief Executive Officer - Royal Enfield said, "FY'26 has been an exceptional year for Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield, marked by strong growth, record volumes, and a continued focus on our global ambitions during our 125th anniversary. We achieved over one million motorcycle sales for the second consecutive year and recorded our best-ever festive season, with record volumes in both domestic and international markets. We also marked a major milestone in April '26 with our entry into the electric mobility space via the launch of the Flying Flea C6. International business remains a key priority as we steadily deepen our presence in markets like Brazil. This year, we also took the brand into new cultural spaces - ranging from gaming collaborations to marquee community rides - that strengthen our global identity. To power our next phase of growth, we have committed to significant investments, including the brownfield capacity expansion at Cheyyar with Rs. 958 crores and our strategic expansion plan at Tada in Andhra Pradesh, both aimed at building future-ready capacity to support our long-term projected growth."

Royal Enfield marked another monumental milestone in its storied journey as it celebrated 125 years of Pure Motorcycling at EICMA 2025. The brand commemorated this landmark occasion by showcasing its exciting new lineup blending tradition with innovation including the Classic 650 125th Anniversary Special Edition, the purpose-built Himalayan Mana Black Edition and the Bullet 650, which breathes new life into an icon that has defined generations. Royal Enfield announced capacity expansion at Cheyyar to support future growth

To keep up with the growing demand, a significant investment towards expanding Royal Enfield's manufacturing capacity through a brownfield development was also announced at its Cheyyar facility in Tamil Nadu. With an estimated outlay of 958 crores, this expansion will increase the company's annual production capacity from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh units, strengthening its ability to support sustained growth.

Flying Flea: Royal Enfield's entry into city+ electric mobility

With the launch of the FF.C6, Flying Flea marked Royal Enfield's decisive entry into electric urban mobility. Positioned as the first product under the new City+ mobility brand, the FF.C6 blends authentic design, lightweight agility and advanced connected technology into a motorcycle engineered for a new generation of urban riders. Through the year, the motorcycle was showcased across Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and London, building momentum ahead of its official India launch alongside the opening of the first Flying Flea store in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The FF.C6 also emerged as a significant global design statement, winning the Red Dot Award 2025 under the 'Design Concept' category.
