Mr. Thomas B. Mandel, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Manager for Liquid Alternatives at Medalist Partners LP.
Previously, he co-founded Semper Capital in 1992 and served as the Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to Semper, Mr. Mandel was a Principal and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at 1838 Investment Advisors and a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Century Institutional Advisors.
He began his career as a Portfolio Manager and Credit Manager at Chase Investors Management Corp.
Mr. Mandel earned an MBA and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
