He was also the Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at Ameren Energy Resources Co. LLC.
Furthermore, he held the role of President & Executive Director at Provident Behavioral Health from 2014 to 2016.
Mr. Sullivan was the Secretary, Vice President & General Counsel at Central Illinois Public Service Co., Inc. from 1998 to 2010 and at CILCORP, Inc. from 2003 to 2012.
