Mr. Steven Jeraci is Head of Structured Product Strategy at MKP Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining MKP Capital Management in 1998, Mr. Jeraci worked for eight years at Merrill Lynch in the Mortgage-Backed Securities Department, where he was a Vice President on the CMO trading desk.
Prior to that, he worked as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche in both the mortgage-backed and audit departments.
In the mortgage-backed group, he was responsible for restructuring and evaluating CMO structures for various issuers including Freddie Mac, Salomon Brothers, and Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Jeraci received an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University in May 1994 and a B.S.
degree in Accounting from Villanova University in 1985.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
