Prior to that, Shyam spent six years at Slaughter and May (London and Hong Kong) which included a one-year secondment to Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP (a leading East African law firm), working on a broad range of acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions and general corporate and commercial work for both corporate and private equity clients.
Shyam is a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and holds a BA (Hons) in Classics from University College London.
