Mr. Woodside is the President and Chief Executive Officer of National Logistics Services, LLC ("NLS") a leading full-service, value-added distributor of veterinary products.
Prior to joining NLS he was the CEO and majority stockholder of EIL Instruments for 15 years, a privately held national electronic test equipment distributor with 25 branches throughout the United States.
EIL's distribution business was sold to a domestic competitor in 1997 and its specialty manufacturing business was sold to a foreign entity in 2000.
Prior to EIL Mr. Woodside worked as general manager of several manufacturing divisions of large, publicly held companies.
Mr. Woodside received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1977 and a BA in Economics from Carleton College in 1975.
