Mr. Robert W. Sharps, CFA MBA, is a President & Head of Investments at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., a Group Chief Investment Officer & Head-Investments at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., a President at T. Rowe Price Institutional Equity Funds, Inc., a Vice President at Blue Chip Growth Fund LLC and a Vice President at T. Rowe Price Trust Co. He is on the Board of Directors at T. Rowe Price Exchange-Traded Funds, Inc. and T Rowe Price Multi-Strategy Total Return Fund, Inc. He is chair of the Investment Management Steering Committee and serves on the firm's Management, International Steering, Equity Steering, Fixed Income Steering, Asset Allocation, and Product Strategy Committees. His investment experience began in 1996, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1997, beginning as an analyst specializing in financial services stocks, including banks, asset managers, and securities brokers, in the U.S. Equity Division. He has over 23 years investment experience. Mr. Sharps was previously employed as a Senior Consultant by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He earned a B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting from Towson University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
