TBG uses a fundamental research driven investment process to capture the growth potential of small- to mid-cap stocks. The strategy is geared to identify those companies with the best combination of future earnings growth and attractive valuation. Once companies with accelerating earnings growth have been identified, the team conducts fundamental research to determine if the perceived change in the company's growth rate is sustainable and whether the future earnings power is fully reflected in the company's stock price. The firm's research team conducts ongoing fundamental research to monitor the earnings growth rate and stock valuation of portfolio holdings. Positions that have appreciated and are approaching high valuations are trimmed. Companies whose future earnings growth rates are decelerating or whose current earnings are not meeting expectations are sold.

Curi RMB primarily uses fundamental analyses and active management strategies; however, it will consider other strategies such as quantitative and technical analyses and passive or indexed strategies. The firm’s equity strategies generally follow a bottom-up, fundamental approach focused on finding investments with attractive risk/reward profiles. Fixed income strategies generally follow a fundamental, relative value approach focused on capital preservation and income. Alternative strategies generally focus on generating absolute, risk-adjusted returns that have low correlation to the broad equity market.
