Mr. Zayfert joined FAM in February 1992.
Previously, Mr. Zayfert served as an equity trader for Kidder, Peabody & Co. in the Proprietary Equity Trading Department from August 1986 until February 1992 where he worked with Mr. Fletcher.
This department had implemented strategies involving option arbitrage, dividend related arbitrage, index arbitrage and pairs trading.
Prior to joining Kidder, Peabody & Co., he was employed by the Bank of New York in their Dividend Reinvestment Department.
Mr. Zayfert is a graduate of Brooklyn College where he earned a B.A. in Economics.
