Mr. Paul G.
LaRosa is a Co-Head of Capital Markets at Maxim Financial Advisors LLC.
He has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry serving in senior management positions in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Equity Trading.
Throughout his career, he was responsible for managing the placement of more than 500 public and private offerings totaling more than $40 billion.
Prior to Maxim Group, Mr. LaRosa was an integral force in several areas of the Private Client Group of Investec Ernst & Company, an international specialist bank headquartered in South Africa and the UK.
Here he served as the Director of Asset Management, the Syndicate Manager and the Research Supervisory Analyst.
Mr. LaRosa graduated from Drew University with a BA in Chemistry.
