Prior to joining Armored Wolf in 2009, Mr. Dickson was the head of JP Morgan Asset Management Emerging Markets Debt group where he managed $6 billion in fixed income and foreign currency funds and was a member of the macro team that oversaw all of the firm’s fixed income portfolios.
Before that, he was the Senior Sovereign Strategist for Emerging Markets at Lehman Brothers where he won numerous awards for his research.
Mr. Dickson first came to Wall Street in the early 1990’s as a consultant to Chase Manhattan Bank and helped form that firm first emerging markets research group.
At that time he was conducting a lecture series at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies on Finance in Emerging Markets.
Mr. Dickson holds dual masters degrees in Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins and managed the School’s Center of Brazilian Studies.
He also holds a degree in Soviet Studies from The George Washington University
