Oliver Downs is Chief Scientific Officer of Atigeo LLC and Principal Scientist of Inrix.
Prior to joining Atigeo, he worked at Pelago, Farecast, D-Wave Systems, Apollo Data Technologies, Novantas, Knight Ridder, and Ryder.
Previously, Dr. Downs was a Researcher of Microsoft Research, Chief Scientist of Analytical Insights, Inc., and Chief Scientist of Mindset Media.
He was a Consultant at MSN, Barnes & Noble, Seattle Times, Bell Laboratories and Novantas LLC.
He has 13 years of experience in advanced Bayesian predictive modeling, machine learning algorithm design and is a pioneer in the field of quantum-inspired optimization algorithms.
Dr. Downs received degrees from Princeton University and the University of Cambridge.
