Marty is a CFO Advisor to Primary’s portfolio.
He has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in venture backed startups—and deep domain expertise in SaaS and enterprise software.
He has raised over $250 million in venture funding and has closed 6 M&A transactions with a combined value of more than $1 billion.
Marty is currently CFO of GAN Integrity, a SaaS compliance platform and held similar roles at NYC startups Sailthru and Shapeways.
Marty has an MBA from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Marty participated in the development of a Harvard Business School case on bridge financing (titled “Xedia and Silicon Valley Bank”) along with Professor Paul Gompers in 1998.
Marty enjoys hanging out with his family, playing golf, and listening to live Grateful Dead music.
