The investment focus targets rapidly growing firms in diverse sectors with enterprise values which exceed USD 100 million. They look for mature, profitable firms which have a proven business model but require capital for expansion. The fund also invests in public to private opportunities. The Private Equity Fund investment objective strives to achieve capital growth for their investors through investments in GCC unlisted firms. The investment team works closely with management of their portfolio firms. They actively restructure the firms' operations and seek to maximize value within a Sharia'h compliant manner. The investment goal of the Global Buyout fund L.P. is to achieve capital appreciation with optimal returns over the mid- to long term. The investment strategy targets MBOs and build-ups as well as growth equity investments. They look for equity and equity-equivalent investments in a diversified portfolio of firms. They seek high-growth potential through a wide range of sectors. The investment managers have a particular focus on firms which operate in the MENA region, including Turkey. They also consider investments in firms based in South Asia.
