Dr. Lisa Landman is Chief Operating Officer & Research Analyst at The Segalas Group LLC.

Prior to that, she managed her own firm, L & R Associates, established in January 1996, which provided outsourced accounting and personnel services to small and medium sized businesses.
She was Director of Human Resources and Administration for a major operating division of Conair Corporation from September 1993 to January 1996.
Dr. Dancho holds a BA in Psychology from Yale University in 2002, her MA in Psychology from Fordham University in 2004 and PhD in Psychology from Fordham University in 2005.
