Hans Damsgaard is Managing Director of Specialty Photonics for OFS BrightWave LLC and a Director of OFS Sviazstroy.
Prior to joining OFS BrightWave, he became Project Manager of LYCOM in 1987 and Manager of Research and Development and Engineering for Lucent Technologies in 1989.
Previously, Dr. Damsgaard worked for AT&T, Inc. He began his career at (formerly NKT) the NCT Group as Research Engineer.
Dr. Damsgaard received an MSc degree in Physics from the University of Aarhus in 1981 and a PhD from the Technical University of Denmark in 1984.
