Gordon Anderson

Mr. Gordon Anderson is a Managing Director-Head of Trading at Visor Capital.
He is on the Board of Directors at Visor Capital.
He joined Visor Capital in September 2008 from RMB Australia, where he was leading the proprietary macro trading team from Sydney, trading global equity, bond, currency and commodity markets.
Previously, he worked as a portfolio manager, Asian Equities at Basis Capital, managing a long/short absolute return Asian fund.
He has also worked in Asia with Morgan Stanley, as part of a highly rated global macro research team as an Asia pacific Equity Strategist.
In this capacity, he wrote research, and advised clients on country and sector allocation for both long only clients and hedge funds in Asia, and overseas.
Throughout his career, Gordon has worked in Sydney, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
He has separate degrees in Physics (Quantum Mechanics) and Economics.
