Dennis W.
Carroll joined Injured Workers' Insurance Fund in May 2001 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
Prior to joining Injured Workers' Insurance Fund, he was Deputy Insurance Commissioner of the Maryland Insurance Administration.
Previously, Mr. Carroll worked with the Legal Aid Bureau, the National Senior Citizens Law Center, and the Micronesian Legal Services Corp.
