David is the CFO of Spring Bridge Partners and is responsible for the investor reporting and financial functions of the Spring Bridge funds.
Prior to joining Spring Bridge in 2019, David served as the CFO, CCO and COO at Precision Capital Advisors from 2007 to 2018.
While at Precision, David oversaw all aspects of financial reporting, investor relations, operations and compliance for the firm and its related 25 funds.
Previously, David was a Vice President at BISYS Fund Services (later SS&C), a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co., and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
