Ashis Khan is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TelASIC Communications, Inc. Prior to joining TelASIC, he co-founded Maple Optical Systems and served as Vice President of Marketing.
Before joining Maple, Mr. Khan co-founded and served as Director of Marketing for Basis Communications Corp.
Previously, he was General Manager for the Internet Access Business Unit of Cirrus Logic, Inc. Mr. Khan was VLSI Design Engineer in the 386 Design Group at Intel Corp.
Previously, he held various senior sales and marketing positions at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc. Mr. Khan has over 20 years of experience in design, sales, and marketing of ICs and networking equipment.
He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York.
