Mr. Slav Lepenin is an Associate at CoBe Capital LLC.

Prior to joining CoBe Capital, Mr. Lepenin worked for two years as an M&A analyst with investment bank Rothschild in Frankfurt, Germany.
At Rothschild, he worked on several M&A transactions as a member of the Industrials & Automotive Group.
Mr. Lepenin earned an MBA from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA and graduated from Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nurnberg with a Diplom-Kaufmann Degree.
He is fluent in English and German and is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian.
