VIML uses intrinsic values of investments in global markets. For income producing assets (such as Equities and Bonds), an investment gives the right to receive an income stream. For non-income producing assets such as Gold, Commodities and Currencies, intrinsic value is determined by reference to the World Monetary Base which determines the quality of money. This gives rise to a discipline that can be used for allocating across and within the four asset classes: Equities (including by region, country and sector), Bonds, Currencies and Commodities. The firm generates asset allocations using a sequential asset allocation process which incorporate the level and behavior of intrinsic value

Drakens Capital is a fund manager with extensive experience investing in emerging market equities. They seek out companies that trade at reasonable valuations. The firm employs a rigorous investment process which starts with identifying stocks that meet their criteria, through in-depth analysis of the company’s business with meetings with the management. Drakens Capital selects investments on a bottom-up basis and also considers the macro environment view on any business that they invest in.

RAM is a hands-on, emerging markets specialist manager which invests in Russia, the CIS, Emerging Europe, Africa and Frontier Markets. The firm has a team of dedicated African-origin investment managers in place in Africa which travels extensively in core African markets to meet with companies and closely monitor the macro-economic development of Africa economies.
