Prior to Minlam, he served for seven years as Senior Consultant to the Deutsche Bank Microfinance Funds Group, where he co-developed innovative commercial microfinance investment funds and supervised over 50 microfinance investments in dozens of countries.
He is also the founder of Micro Credit Ltd, a profitable microfinance institution in Jamaica.
Mr. Rauenhorst received his M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School, a J.D.
from William Mitchell Law School, and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
